What we collect
When you fill an enquiry form, use a free tool, request an audit, subscribe to a plan or pay an invoice, we collect what you type: name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, website address and your message. Our free tools also store the website address you scan and the scores we compute for it. We log the IP address and time of each submission to prevent abuse.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you, send the report or audit you asked for and follow up about our services.
- To run the free tools and the Next Level Index (scan results are stored anonymously by website, not by person).
- To issue invoices, take payments and keep the accounting records the law requires.
- To improve the website. We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics and never sell or rent personal data.
Who sees it
Only Qorvatech staff who need it to serve you. Payments are processed by PayPal; card details never touch our servers. Email is delivered through our mail provider. Transcripts and enquiries are stored on servers we control in the EU/India. We share data with authorities only when legally required.
Cookies
We use a small number of functional cookies and browser storage: to remember your currency, keep you signed in to the admin area, remember that you unlocked a free tool and to prevent spam. No third-party advertising cookies are set by this website.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@qorvatech.com or WhatsApp +91 96675 50910 and we will act within 7 working days. Residents of the EU, UK and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, which we honour for everyone.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact, invoices and payment records for as long as tax law requires (currently 8 years in India), and free-tool results for 24 months.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, for active clients, tell you by email.
