Refund and cancellation policy

The short version

You never pay for work that has not been done. You do pay for work that has. Ad spend is never refundable because it goes straight to Google, Meta or the platform, not to us.

Monthly retainers and subscriptions

• Cancel any time with 30 days written notice (email to info@qorvatech.com is enough). Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed after that.
• If you cancel within the first 7 days of your very first month and we have not yet delivered the kick-off audit or strategy, we refund that month in full.
• After work has started, the current month is not refundable. Any months paid in advance beyond the notice period are refunded in full.
• PayPal subscriptions can also be cancelled from your PayPal account; the same rules apply.

Fixed-scope projects (websites, apps, creatives)

• The initial deposit covers discovery, planning and resource booking and is non-refundable once that work has begun.
• If you stop a project mid-way, you pay for milestones completed and work in progress to that date; anything paid beyond that is refunded within 14 days.
• If we fail to deliver an agreed milestone and cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us, you may cancel and receive a refund for that milestone.

Never refundable

Advertising spend, domain names, hosting, software licences, stock assets and other third-party costs bought on your behalf.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal, bank transfer or UPI) within 14 days of approval. Bank charges and currency differences, if any, are borne by the payer.

Disputes

Talk to us first. Write to info@qorvatech.com with your invoice number; a director replies within 2 working days. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
